At SACHEU, we want you to love your skincare ritual; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for most products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain beauty tools must be in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original box and include any promotional inserts or gifts that were part of the initial purchase.
Attach Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
